Maybe not low calorie but the healthiest snacks are fruit, nuts(not peanuts), seeds, veggies, some granola bars or protein bars... I think pretzels are pretty low calorie but you'll want to measure them out before hand so not to overdo it

I'm guessing if your stomach is so jiggly that you still have a high percentage of body fat. You may be at your goal weight but how much of that weight was muscle loss and how much of that was fat loss. Way go go! The only one I've had lately is resisting Chinese food lol. I work right by a Chinese place and the last few days getting off early, around noon, the smells coming from that place are almost irresistible! But I have resisted so far!

I like subbing half the ground beef in a recipe with lentils. For example when I make sloppy Joe I only use 8oz meat and 1 cup dried lentils ( then boiled). This gives me calorie space for the bun ;)
