Just turned 40 and this is the first time in my life that weight loss is working/sticking. The only thing you need to do to lose weight is eat less than you burn. I do not exercise (I know I should) and have lost about 35 pounds so far.

You can go into the mfp settings and change your activity level or goal and it will show you the different calorie goals. This helped me when I went over by a few calories to understand how much "cushion" there really was

I haven't figured this out yet either. I do whip out my phone at the table to look stuff up so that I have a rough idea of what I have left to "spend" and how much the new meal will cost. It's so hard when there aren't calories on the menu. I know it's rude to have my phone out but I've decided that I need to put myself…

If you break one egg, do throw the other 11 on the floor. Keep going! You're gonna mess up. Pick yourself up and do it. You can do it!

One of my favorite sayings is if you drop one egg on the floor do you take the other 11 out and throw them on the floor. It happened, move on. You will be ok.
