Hi,

I would love to hear your diet/low cal 'go-to' foods so I can get some new idea's. Here are mine to get started:

Snacks
Apples - apples and peanut butter especially
Carrots - really good with hummus
Diet Pepsi or Diet lemonade and lime
Sugar-free chewing gum

Breakfast
Oat cakes with peanut butter (as a quick breakfast rather than cereal bars)
Porridge
Eggs - boiled, scrambled or omelette (with mushrooms)

Lunches
Salads - chicken/ham/cottage cheese/feta cheese/olives/beetroot/tuna & sweetcorn

Dinners
Protein (fish/chicken/turkey) and veg
Frittata (basically a big omelette!))

Desserts
Sugar free jelly (Jell-O) - really good with some yogurt on it too
Ice pops

What are yours?
