Hope everyone is having a happy healthy weekend. I've managed to smash my step target, 14,940 on Saturday and 22,782 today. Back at work tomorrow so will be much harder. Just managed my 4 pints h2o each day

I understand what they are trying to achieve but I think you'll get people who think they can have product a once a week, product b once a week, product c once a week etc.

I went 'sugar free' for lent and have stuck with it since Easter too. By sugar free I mean highly processed foods with sugar added (like cakes, biscuits, etc) not avoiding natural sugar in fresh veg/fruit. I feel much better for it.

Only half my comment posted grrr. Our new team challenge starting Saturday is to drink at least 8 glasses of water (I'm aiming for 4 pints) and to set yourself a step target that means you do more than normal (for me I'm aiming for at least 10,000 a day).

I've been thinking about next week's mini team challenge. Previously water intake and a steps challenge have been suggested. What are everyone's thoughts on this, or do you have other suggestions? Steps for me is tough as I work in an office sat on my backside so would definately be a challenge for me.

Had another good day with exercise and no junk food. Hope it will show on the scales on Friday. Sadly we have a non weigher with Sunday as their weigh in day, I've sent a message but had no response. Hopefully they have just been busy and will report in before the week is over, otherwise we'll lose another team member

I had a rest day yesterday as I was too busy to fit anything in. Despite knowing rest days are important too I get annoyed when I have to have one. Today I was back in the gym though so feeling good again. May up my calories next week as I'm so hungry all the time. My activity level is set at sedentary, think I'll change…

@vbugsmom sorry to hear your back is giving you problems. Focusing on hitting your step goal is a great way to keep moving whilst the gym is not an option, keep it up.

I see some great posts for our team mini challenge, keep up the good work. Today I did gym and swim and an hour and a half walk. And no junk food still. Determined to stick to my calorie limit this week and to do my best for the team.
