  • @Gustaaf85 my weight can go up and,down by 3 or 4 pounds in a few days, especially working out. I really have to measure or that dang scale will defeat me.

  • You guys.....down a pound and half this week and feeling awesome!!! I've cut out almost all processed food this last week besides my beloved ice cream, which i cut portions and not every night. Lol. Have a rocking weekend!!!

  • Awesome job @chrizzy8 I'm still on a roved cauliflower kick lol. But seriously, I just had roved cauliflower, onion, pepper, spinach, lentils and salsa , cooked the onion and pepper first to soften and threw the rest in last minute. Sprinkled with a little feta and yummmmm!!! Any good recipes to share?

  • @chrizzy8 it is what keeps me sane lol, and awake ha!! If I just get it done first nap it sets the tone for my day and I just don't have too sorry about fitting it in anymore. I also have a 4 year old and it's so fun for him to "workout" with me. Hopefully you get a chance to fit one in too!!!

  • Cauliflower crumbles. Buy them or just pulse cauliflower in a food processor, mixed with a spoon of salsa and sautéed until softened. Mix with grilled chicken, plain Greek yogurt and a little extra salsa and avocado if you wish.
