I work out at a gym on my lunch break (running). I don't shower after as there is no facility. I freshen up with deodorant and, frankly, baby wipes for the other "parts". No one has complained! If I can't squeeze a lunch workout in there is no workout for me due to my husband's schedule and kids :(

30 day shred is my fave! I do it on you tube and o am seeing results as far as losing inches and clothes fitting better. I have not seen the number on the scale go down too much but I'm sure it's because of the added muscle. I will be moving on to some of her other videos when I feel ready for something new.
