Thank you @thornape ! I'm feeling much better today after getting a lot of rest and water. I will stretch out and maybe by tonight I will be good to go but if not then I'll just take a walk or short run and it won't be a problem!

I was finally able to read through everyone's posts since mid-May. GREAT job everyone!!!! I'm so happy to have this community. Yesterday on my bike ride, I don't think I would have pushed myself to add that extra twenty mile loop if not for my goal on here.
