I overeat when I am tired or stressed. I don't average a lot of sleep, usually 3 - 4 hours a night. While I am working or at school I need to eat so that I do not fall asleep in class or at my desk. Hey every1...so i didnt make my goal. I pushed myself hard only to fall short. I was under my calorie count every day and made my exercuse goal but it wasnt enough...Its a little discouraging but ill do better next time. SW: 213 GW: 203 CW: 205

Update: Ive made my calorie count every day so far but have come close a few times...ive made some poor meal choices too. I made my workout goal last week but wont this week:(. Next week is spring break and im going to step it up! I did great on my first weigh in, dropped 6 lbs down to 207, 4 lbs to go!

Update: Ive been under my calorie count every day aince starting, i only exercised 3 days this week, gotta force myself to work out hard tomorrow...my first weigh in of the challenge is sunday and im nervous...

Hey, i would like to join this challenge...ive never done one before so im not quite sure how it works. I see that im joining late but its better late than never.
