Yes!!! Create healthy habits!

There are so many Mom's going through the same thing. We spend so much time taking care of everyone else that we forget about ourselves. I really had to decide that I needed to so this for myself and go through with it. My workouts are my me time now.

I just did the 21 day fix, Autumn is pretty inspirational. I have never been able to do a DVD before, but I loved those. You can friend me if you want, I am finding that accountability of other people keeps me on track.
-
Yes, once you haven't had them for a bit you just don't want them.

I find when I schedule exercise everything else falls into place. I make it a priority even if it is just a 10 minute trainer video.
-
Exercise is key as well

I also live in the middle of no where! It can be really hard to stay motivated, not only is there no one to work out with, but I am not driving 45 minutes to use a gym. The struggle is real girl.

That is pretty low! I found my cravings really ended after eating clean for about a week. It was like my body no longer wanted junk. It was almost surreal, I was always a real sweet seeker, and now I just don't crave it. If I have a day where I am very hungry I try to eat a little more protein, it really keeps me full.

Just starting a forum like this is a good start. There are a lot of free things you can do, but you have to put in the research. You have to get yourself excited about the prospect of ending your issue, then research and plan.

I take pictures, that is where I can really see a difference when my weight slows down.

It's hard, I like the accountability of people knowing, but not the criticism.

It is true, people can't handle watching you do what they feel they can't. People at work give me a hard time saying "your not going to get too skinny are you", or they badger me to eat things I don't want to. It is all because they feel like they couldn't stay focused and lose the weight. I realized I needed to keep…

What kind of exercises is everyone doing?
-
Yes just like shaunjadon said, trust the process
-
Thanks Kamikazeflut, good advice

It is all about lifestyle change. Learning to break a lifetime of habits is not always easy, be prepared to learn from your mistakes. I think it is great that we can ask questions and support each other in this app, that is what will get you to your goal.

I agree log everything even cheats and I would join a motivation group on Face book.
-
I try to put it all in as accurately as possible and it all balances out in the end. My fitbit also syncs with MFP automatically so I don't have to log in walking.
-
What are you doing as far as exercise? Getting moving is an important piece.
-
I like coconut milk especially in coffee
-
Sometimes even a tea spoon of dark chocolate chips

Your welcome

I sip a cup of plain herbal tea for a while and if that doesn't satisfy me then I grab a very tiny something.
-
I try to focus on how I feel after my workout (or my piece of cake). I find the more I attune myself with how my body is feeling the more motivated I stay.
-
Yes the compression guard things from Amazon. They made a huge difference for me.

Nutrionist are really helpful, they have all kinds of tricks you'd never think of on your own. What are you doing as far as fitness?
-
If you go for a walk or a run you can get the app to track it for you, it's actually pretty neat.

I found my Fitbit app was off by a tenth of a mile. The map showed the correct route, but the mileage was wrong.
