This is my first time doing one of these so if I mess up pls let me know 🤣 Just food prepped for 2moro to help stay in calorie count Oats for breakfast, egg salad for lunch, chilli and brown rice for dinner! Snacks are fruit ..... not taking my purse to work to stop me going the shop for chocolate 😂😂

It's my first day on keto today and I've ramped my exercise up Looking forward to trying this method of eating to see if it works but gonna miss fruit .... any tips??
