Flying Wednesday and Sunday. I WILL STICK TO THE PLAN OF WALKING THROUGH THE AIRPORT AND NOT GOING INTO ANY RESTAURANTS/BARS! I figure if I start telling myself this now, I may actually do it. The good news is I don’t have to fly again until the first week of April. The bad news is so many dinner meetings while I’m there this time. I’m going to need way more caps and exclamation points.

Exercise 1 hour walking uphill, 45 minutes weights.
Was a crazy crazy week with my work meetings. They are on the other side of the country so the time change is terrible as we are waking up at (my internal time) 3am to be ready for 4am start. Meetings, activities and networking go on all day and night. I checked my Fitbit and I got just over 3 hours sleep all but one night in the last week. No exercise the last few days either due to these meetings, and of course the hotel gym was closed for renovations....due to the time change and long hours, extra meals definitely occurred. I was successful in staying away from all breads and treats, but did have drinks one evening.
I am spending tomorrow at a Scandanavian spa so I anticipate a rather healthy day of lighter meals, but the remainder of my vacation we have plans with my spouse's family. 3/4 nights with each of them in different cities they are ordering pizza.
This week is a real test...I will miss this weigh in due to no scales but the following Sunday I'm hoping I come in flat.
On a positive I had a freaking amazing workout tonight!!!
Wow, what an autobiography that was. Sorry. I needed to get that all of my chest!
