Hey Chely! So in regards to your caloric intake. I highly suggest prepping the meals ahead of time and counting up the nutrition content. Also ( if your issue is not feeling hungry or not eating enough) nutrition density is a factor to take into consideration. I'd be more than glad to help you out. Along with my other MFP…

It's a crazy slop and more so when there are tasty Noms around. But keep your goal in mind and push through those few couple weeks. Trust me those cheat meals taste twice as good and leaves little to no regret if the diet is on point. Feel free to add :)
