I'm 25... between April 2015 and now I've lost 20lbs and kept it off. Currently going for the last 5-7 lbs

Hahaha this just put a huge smile on my face! Thanks for the laugh!

BRAIDS! The only thing I have found that works for me... long hair down to my middle/low back... is I put my hair in a ponytail. Tie it. And THEN I braid the ponytail and tie it again at the bottom. The ponytail prevents my hair from getting all nappy and tangly right at the base of my hairline... and the braid prevents…

5'7 and 117 lbs sounds a little nuts. I say that from experience. I'm 5'7 and in my profile picture I'm 138lbs. I currently sit at 135 and I'm pretty lean... I'm a size 4. Was previously a size 0-2 in highschool when I weighed 124. Your expectations sound a little unrealistic. And a 20lb loss in 2 months is setting…

A 5lb loss does not = no results. Don't be so hard on yourself, 5lbs IS PROGRESS. You could potentially be eating more than you think you are and not creating a big enough caloric deficit to lose more. Feel free to add me for support, don't give up. I have an open diary too if you'd like to take a look. Stay consistent and…

Hi Lindsay... I too have suffered from relationship weight gain. Lucky for us it sounds like we're both in healthy and supportive relationsips now. I've managed to ditch all of my ex-relationship gain, and now im focusing on getting lean followed by mainting. Feel free to add me and we can support each other

LEGS LEGS LEGS.

YES. It's called flexible dieting. And as long as you eat at a deficit, you can eat whatever you want.

Howdy, I follow and IIFYM diet as well. Not a ton to lose but I'm currently cutting and trying to drop my body fat %. I'm on a 45 - 30- 25 split.

I follow an IIFYM diet, feel free to add me for support and motivation

This ^^^ You've made great progress so far. Stay positive and more importantly stay consistent. I'd also recommend taking progress photos. I had a tough time seeing progress in the mirror... but when I compared photos of myself that were 4,8,12 weeks apart... MIND BLOWN. Good luck to you

20lbs may be an unrealistic goal. Even at a 2lb loss per week which is pretty drastic, that would only total a 16lb loss over 2 months. I'd encourage you to invest in a food scale if you haven't already, weigh everything so you know you're not over eating. If you eat at a consistent deficit over the next 8 weeks in…

I'm a BBG girl, on week 15. Add me other BBG ladies

Progress pictures. I'd look in the mirror and see zero progress. SO then I started taking full body pictures every 4 weeks... put them side by side and HOLY *kitten*. Progress. Motivation followed.

My thoughts are... Eating at a deficit will lead to weight loss. We all have "abs"... however in order to SEE said abs, from my own personal and non professional opinion... it's 99% diet, and in order for MY abs to show, for me that means lower carb and higher protein. And then there's those damn people and their God-Like…
