  • For sure! I have no intentions of cutting like fruits and moderate amounts of grains. Honestly, im just finding it a little to easy. I feel like im missing something.
  • It does something my arms were sore as *kitten*. Ive lost an inch in 2 days. And my fiance, who lifts hundreds of tires a day, can only last 2 minutes.
