yeah- you could eat more if you burned some calories- even just walking burns about 100 calories per mile-3 miles and you could eat 1500 cal. (which is very reasonable). I watch carbs, but definitely eat all kinds of stuff- prob about 100-150 net grams a day. A really low carb diet is way too limiting for me. But in the…

Watch the film "Supersize Me"- you may lose your desire for Mcdonalds. Fast food grosses me out but I can understand why people like it.

Also use a trending app and weigh myself 2-3 times a week- (wish I'd done this to see my weight trending upward! Probably wouldn't be here- :D) Anyway, I love the trending app- I've learned that I tend to drop between 1-2 pounds about every 10 days, so if I don't see a weekly weight loss I'm no longer concerned. I use the…

800 calories? Pain in your heart? You seriously need to educate yourself about what healthy diet/weight loss is-I'd be very upset and concerned if I was your mom too! Hope you have good health insurance....

We ALL love food! You can still eat food you like- just need to plan more. I find losing a struggle as well, but guess you need to decide what you want more- to lose weight or to eat whatever you want. If you really want it you'll make it happen. My goal is 35 pounds so we're in about the same place.

There are roughly 2112 steps in the average person’s mile. Each mile that a person walks burns roughly 100 calories. I think you're not burning as many calories as you think- your average 7000 steps would burn around 325 calories, so 15,000 would burn around 650- not sure what you're eating for calories so hard to say…

I have Hashi's- and natural dissected hormones also work much better for me-(Nature Thyroid)- Synthroid was awful- did not relieve any symptoms.
