Thank you so much! You got this!

Thank you so much!! It was/is a combination of things: Nutrition * Reduced alcohol since November 2018 and eventually eliminated in late February * IF 16:8 and eventually 22:2 since January * CICO (log w/MFP) + Paleo (inspired by a stint of Whole30 which changed my body epically) * Probiotics, digestive enzymes (I am…

Thank you! It started on Thanksgiving and I've been in maintenance for a couple of months now. I am still recomping and occasionally drop another pound. Now I'm just concentrating on fitness goals.

Thank you!! I do intermittent fasting. I started with 16:8 and now do about 22:2. I also follow mostly Whole30, past the 30... Although I do make desserts, just without any sweeteners (so paleo without any syrup, sugar, stevia, etc.). This way of eating really killed my sweets cravings. Other than that, diet wise, I track…

Hi! I'm 5'7 and went from 195 to 140.
-
From 195 to 140.6.
-
I use the Murad retinol youth serum. Maybe I need a different /stronger one.
-
This is exciting! Thanks for posting!!
-
Congratulations on the epic success!!

Word! I didn't know they could do it on the marionette lines!!!!

I love being flat chested for once, actually, but what is left looks really, really gross and weird, so I just want the minimum to fill in the fried eggs.
-
Rad! You look beautiful!
-
I dooooooo.
-
It does not make mine look amazing. ☹️

I've heard mixed things about collagen. I've heard that your body breaks it down to amino acids just like any other protein. But who knows? It might be worth a shot.

I get Botox between the brows and on my forehead. I did that before the weight loss. I wish I didn't *need* to move my mouth! Heh. I guess I'll see what happens before fillers and the boob job.
-
I'm on all this for sure. Hopefully it eventually works and I'm not stuck like this.
-
Exciting to hear it improved. I'm getting impatient... The into two years scares me a little. I'm eating at maintenance, weight-wise, but my clothing size keeps going down, so maybe I'm not out of the "drawn“ look, yet. Good point about the fillers. Again, I'm getting impatient, but maybe shouldn't. I'm feeling really self…

I'm just using Myfitnesspal's recommended calories to lose about 10 more pounds; however, I consider myself in maintenance because I've plateaued weight-wise, while losing inches. I'm a healthy weight (female, 36, 5'7, 144) and looking a little gaunt up top but still have thick legs, hence the high weight. I added an extra…

I experience the ravenous hunger pretty frequently in maintenance, especially when eating more. I don't know how to get rid of it entirely, but I have experimented a bit and I know what makes it worse. Carbs and anything sweet (even erythritol) make it much, much worse. So does dehydration, stress, and working out early in…

I deadlift 205#. I'm too bulky as it is. I lift 4x a week but I still look like crepe paper. I guess that works for some people but I have ruined my body by yo-yo dieting too much.

I haven't met one yet. From the feedback here that seems unusual. There's got to be something wrong with me.
-
Weirdly, a lot of them, yes. But not all.

I have been married and wanted to share life. It mattered to him because naturally, sex is involved. It's mattered to everyone before and after, too. The man I dated for four years was talking marriage, but cheated with thin women every time I traveled for work. I might just give up on physical relationships.
-
I guess I imagine mine are pretty severe. I'm also still the fat friend at 5'7 143 so I never see anyone with my issues.
-
For what?
-
Definitely going to take things slow physically, should I ever try again. On the one hand, I don't want to waste a bunch of time with someone and then it turn out they have a problem with my body; however, that approach hasn't really helped previously. So perhaps waiting a long time will filter out some people I don't want…

I think you're right. As I've kind of plateaued to where I might settle, everything isn't magical, some people are still terrible, and now I (and the men I am meeting) are fixated on the remaining problems with my body that weight loss not only didn't fix, but made worse. It's disheartening for sure. On the bright side,…

I seem to have an uncanny ability for picking these people (and they are all really good at hiding it for varying, but too long periods of time).

Yeah I feel this. My ex husband told me we wouldn't have been together if I had been my heavier weight when we met. I'm sorry someone said this to you, too. I'm trying to accept that I might be alone, too. I hope you find the motivation to get back to the gym - not necessarily even for weight or physical health. I know…
