Result from 2.5 months of calorie counting, circuit training, powerlifting & heavyweight squats AND pole dancing.

My journey was a long one with slowly losing because I was breastfeeding and then having health issues. As you can tell from my hair. Starting was 187lbs and ending was between 135-137lbs. I'm 5'4" tall.

8 month transformation. Feeling more energized now in my 40s compared to how I felt in my 20s! Nutritional timing helped me with quick gains.25

Thank you! It started on Thanksgiving and I've been in maintenance for a couple of months now. I am still recomping and occasionally drop another pound. Now I'm just concentrating on fitness goals.6 -

Wow! Amazing transformation and very inspiring for me. Did you follow a particular plan or was it simple calorie tracking on MFP?7 -

Thank you so much!! It was/is a combination of things:
Nutrition- Reduced alcohol since November 2018 and eventually eliminated in late February
- IF 16:8 and eventually 22:2 since January
- CICO (log w/MFP) + Paleo (inspired by a stint of Whole30 which changed my body epically)
- Probiotics, digestive enzymes (I am without gallbladder), green tea, ceased all NSAID use, chia seeds and potato starch for digestion/prebiotic
- Extensive meal prep on weekends
Exercise- 3-4x/week: Kettlebell/dumbbell interval workouts at commercial gym (Cross Fit-esque)
- 1x/week: Indoor soccer (in season)
- 1x/week: Mile run as fast as possible
- 1x/week: Mountain bike ride 90-120 minutes
- 1x/week: 75 minute hot vinyasa yoga
- 1x/week: Mobility/isometric class
- 1-2x/week: 30 min HIIT spin class
- Random walks
28 - Reduced alcohol since November 2018 and eventually eliminated in late February

2016 - Exact weight unknown. 220+

I'm not sure if you were talking to me or somebody else. I didn't do keto. I just ate my daily allowance and weighed everything that went into my mouth. I walked every day and did/do weights occasionally when I'm not in a lot of pain. lost my first 25+lbs that way. Then I was diagnosed with celiac disease and when I learned about cross contamination (and issues I had with most other grains) and cut gluten out I dropped more weight without trying. I think that's why my stomach was so huge. If I get contaminated even a particle that you can't see I look 8 months pregnant and I'm extremely sick.9 -

WOW! If it weren't for the eyes, I would swear that these two photos were not of the same person. You look amazing. Congratulations on your hard work.5 -
I’ve been losing motivation lately and having a hard time finding it again! I’m 5’10”, and went from 190lbs in the first picture to 145lbs in the second picture. I’m currently hovering around 150, but I’ve lost all discipline! I’m hoping to get back into it this week and going forward!

4XL to XL, not finished yet, but current progress is from lifting the past 3 years. Hardly any cardio and still eating what I want. Just started eating better the last couple of months. Follow me on IG if you’d like for my journey: Tez_Lyn
