  • Yeah, you're probably better off eating a bunch of doughnuts or a big bowl of ice cream every day. Arnold has a lot of fat instead of carbs in his shake, so just eat a bunch of dairy. Eating ice cream three times a day had to be more enjoyable than his shake and you'll gain faster.
