  • Sounds similar to my days but I have the luxury of working from home and my daughter is 7 she loves coming to the gym with me or playing on the gym equipment at the park while I do laps:-)

'Sound judgement' is always an issue when it comes to setting limitations personally that's kinda how I ended up in this predicament :-/ the ribs are old fractures some from years ago, some more recent but weren't really an issue with gym up until I did my shoulders for some unknown…
