It wasn't doing this before my doc appointment last month (of course) so I haven't seen anyone yet. I was really hoping I wouldn't have to. Thanks I have been trying to make changes. I now cook at home at least 5 nights a week making sure I have leftovers to take for lunch the next day or two. This is a big change from takeout or eating out almost every day. Eating breakfast has always been a struggle, but now I make sure I eat it on gym days and try to eat…

Size doesn't matter if you don't know how to use it. Bigger does not always equal better and smaller does not always equal bad.

Find a therapist that specializes in disordered eating. That's what I'm in the process of doing because I'm a notorious emotional/stress eater.
