This time last year I was gearing up to leave my ex. If you took me back I wouldn't have waited an extra 22 days. But in terms of redoing the whole year, there aren't many things I would do differently.

My mum bought me a size 6 skirt and it fit! Granted it was from a brand that notoriously runs big, but the illusion of it made me feel pretty good :smile:

Hiya - I'm 5ft1 and have been in maintenance/recomp since last October. Currently on a tiny cut for health reasons but will be back to maintenance in about 3lbs time.

I'm 5ft1 with a very petite frame, and I mean petite. SW: 135lbs GW: 112lbs CW: 108lbs I picked 112lbs (8st) out of thin air because it was a nice round number, but still had too much BF so went in to recomp. Currently on a tiny cut for health reasons but won't go below 104lbs. Once I get there I'll go back to maintenanceβ¦

Hey - sorry for the late reply, I took a break from mfp! It took 18 months to get to goal weight and then 7 months of recomp to get to the point I was in the more recent picture
