Ugh I'm obsessed with sleep once I'm sleeping. Dieting doesn't make it easy. I WISH I loved cardio when it's dark and cold. Send me those vibes.

I'm 5'4 and need to lose 10-15 lbs. I've always been tiny never had to diet in my life so this has been an ongoing challenge this last year. But I look and feel awful so not stopping. The barely sleeping when dieting/no drinking is the worst part for me. Feel free to add me ladies :) I'm a motivational speaker as well.

They are a registered dietitian I THOUGHT I was commenting on another thread. Someone Else posted about bananas I was just adding on to the thread. I just joined yesterday maybe I posted in the wrong spot either way I won't be in this community of negativity anymore.

My trainer is a dietician/nutritionist with Ph.D. He just said it has too much sugar for what I'm trying to accomplish with my macros. Nothing against bananas or anyone else.
