My normal weight is 105 pounds I had a personal trainer last April having me eat 3500 cal a day I now weigh 117 pounds and not muscle so I'm trying to get back down to about 110 115 but with muscle not fat...add me as a friend if you'd like I'd love to be supported and support back :)
