I volumize my meals with high volume low calorie veggies. I also fast for 17 hours a day. So, my meals are later in the day and I choose bigger meals and less snacks. That's not for everyone though.

I lost all my weight without logging. I counted calories using a little spreadsheet because I ate pretty much the same things daily. However I honestly don't think I could maintain without logging.

Maybe try to volumize meals with veggies. They may make you feel fuller.

You mentioned before that you try to eat at a deficit most of the month to make up for TOM. Are you unable to keep a deficit now? Sorry to hear you are having a hard time. Try maybe with a small deficit to see if that will help you get on track so that the 10 pound gain doesn't become 15-20. Good luck.

Thanks all. I found it. There was no marking at all for the icon. I just clicked the blank spaces to the right of today's calendar date and the calendar monthly calendar view just popped up.

I think it's because I don't have google chrome installed. It's definitely something with my computer because I logged onto the web using my iphone and was able to get the calendar.

I can still see the calendar for today, but there was an icon to the far right that you can click and it will allow you to access the previous dates or future dates. The same happens to me. I can eat low volume and weight is mostly consistent, but when I eat high volume of same calories the next day I'm up point .6 pounds. It's always .6. I think it's just retained food and water. Also constipation is adding to your scale weight.

Sometimes I blow my weekly deficit. I look at my overall maintenance calories over a 4 week period. If I blow it for a week, as long as the other 3 weeks are at a slight deficit it all evens out. I had candy over the holidays for the first time in 1 1/2 years. It tasted just as good. I will say that I no longer crave or think of snickers butterfingers etc. I really love the foods I eat now. So I don't feel deprived at all

Me too. I weigh daily for data, but Sunday is my day for my tracking weight for the week.

I don't log it. Sometimes I think I should because I use a lot of it. I don't log my paprika or cayenne seasoning either. I keep a deficit that makes up for this. It hadn't impacted maintenance nor my losses when I get out of my maintenance weight range.

I try to follow my same weekday eating schedule on the weekends. That helps a lot. I also try to move around the first part of the day with my chores so that I am not just sitting watching TV all day. Some other threads mention taking medication for BED. Look up the threads. I think some mention a medicine called Vyvanse. I'm not knowledgeable about this but maybe medicine can help. This isn't an antidepressant from my understanding.

I buy both. I eat the one with soy. I usually get them in the form of angel hair. I buy the rice that has nothing added. I love them. I eat either the angel hair or rice every day with all types of food. Rarely do I eat them in Asian dishes. I usually volumize Asian dishes with shredded cabbage
