I just ordered a waistband (limber stretch) from Amazon. It arrived today and I ran week 5 day 3 of c25k... And I love it! I just did it!!! I just ran for 20 mins!! Okay so a snail could have overtaken me and it was nowhere near my abnormal pace but who cares? I just ran for 20 mins!!! 5 weeks ago I only managed 50 seconds! Thank you for the advise and encouragement... Today's lesson... Trust!

Thank you all for taking the time to reply. Week 1 day 1 and 2 I couldn't even run for 60 seconds. Those two days were the only 2 days I didn't follow the programme as I simply couldn't. I feel amazed that in 5 weeks I've come this far. Going from thinking that 1 min was long, 3 minutes were long, 5 minutes were too long..…

Thank you... I'll give day 3 a go and see how I get on. Week 6 day 1 seems easier than the 20 mins tomorrow so I'll see how I get on tomorrow and then make a decision. Thanks for taking the time to reply.

Thank you. I've lost 9.3kg (20.5 lbs) since the New Year and have 3.3 kg (7.2 lbs) to go to my goal. I think setting it to 0.5 kg loss would work better now. Thanks for replying.

I did yoga camp. It was great... Loved getting home each evening and doing my daily yoga.. Adriene is great.

I'm on week 4. Was meant to do day 2 today but I chickened out of running today for the first time... Think it would have been more of a mini mini mini triathlon ( without the cycling)... So not really a triathlon at all lol... It was snowing and raining at the same time..

I had 4g reception all the way... And if one app wasn't getting reception the other wouldn't either... It was just that both seemed not quite right...one being too low and the other too high.

I make my own "milkshakes" at home... frozen banana, almond milk, honey and raw cacao powder. They're yummy... If I want them a bit creamier I add skyr (an islandic yogurt).
