Can someone explain this to me? Monday I did 10108 steps and my MFP added 402 calories, Tuesday 10116 steps and MFP added 956. I have gone from doing very little exercise (a weekly yoga class) to doing c25k 3 times a week ( I'm currently on week 3) as well as walking 3-5 miles twice a week.
