  • Drink as much water as you can after you stop eating at the end of the day and try hot tea if you feel the need for something else. Whenever I get really hungry at night if I can fill my belly up with something warm, even if it's just liquid, it really helps me keep on track.

  • So much in common. 24 looking to drop 30lb. Have a roommate who eats all day and drinks like a 6pk everyday and she is still underweight!! It's so frustrating!
  • I know the struggle. I battled with an eating disorder for years, and after trying anything and everything under the sun the only thing that helped was going into a local college counseling center. It was all free and my insurance covered the medication so I highly recommend it. Good luck to you girl you can beat this.
