I use 5 lbs for most of it and 10s for the clean and press. You definitely want to feel some burn though Holly. I started everything with 3s when I started weights and am slowly working my way up...there are big guns in there somewhere !!! Ladies everyone is doing GREAT! Let's keep it up!!!!

I've been mixing a little lower cal protein powder in some plain yogurt and topping it of with a 1/4 cup of cereal/granola or uncooked oatmeal.

I treat a lot of it in my office...freezing a bottle (just make sure it doesn't explode) and rolling it under your foot helps to reduce swelling.
