  • I have been vegan nearly 2 years , been doing few days water fasting each month since April, now looking at adopting OMAD.
  • It has worked better for me than any other food lifestyle change I have ever done.

  • @cellosmiles , On Barneys test link my result was " Your score was 43 out of a possible 46. Scores in the 27 - 46 range indicate severe Binge eating behavior." I was diagnosed by a psychiatrist as having binge eating disorder. I am not difficult to diagnose. I can honestly eat over 20'000 calories in my most extreme binge…

  • I think it is important to find a healthy way of eating that you can live with the rest of your life. Then just get on with living. The weight will then take care of itself. As for what that way of eating is , there are many ways of healthy eating that work best for different people. For me I need the cravings to stop and…
  • Messing up is an unavoidable side effect of being a human being. The trick is damage limitation. Least damaging reaction is a gentle look at what triggered the slip up, add it to learning experiences, forgive self and move on with plenty of self love. Most damaging reaction is to beat self up leading to more stress, more,…
  • Hi Barney, I have been on this journey with you for years, I come and go a lot. I have been extreme yoyo dieting unintentionaly for decades. I have noticed in myself the tendancy to feel angelic when things are going well according to whatever plan I am following and then I beat myself up when I go off my plan. I am my own…
