I lost it twice in past so I know I can lose it naturally. My doctor is still quite keen for me to get stapled. I have watched lots of programs about people who have had it…

Like with most things the definition of an individual's binge is on a sliding scale. A slim healthy person who generally eats healthy may call an extra serving of chips a binge. For someone like me who has been known to consume over 20'000 calories within hours in one long binge session the definition changes a bit. If I…

I agree with all of those above. My number 1 reason not to binge though has to be because once I start binge eating I usually won't stop for a really long time. It will usually take me weeks, months or even years to get a grip again and a whole lot of misery happens in that time. Better just not to go there because it…

I started year at 330lb hoping to get down to 175 or less, lost 38lb so far. logging and joining in with community helps keep me motivated.

Today in the spirit of the walking challenge, I walked 4.5 miles along sea front, took me 100 minutes. I get the bus there and then walk straight home. Being a natural hermit the best way to get me walking is to take me away from home and let me follow my natural inclination to head home :D

Well done Rob that is an amazing loss, if only it would always come off that fast. You deserve it though with all those massive walks you have been doing. Well done

Wow, 100lb gone is definitely worth celebrating. That is fantastic, your amazing feats of willpower are paying off. My latest mini goal was to get under 21 stone which I have achieved this morning, I am now 20 stone 12lb (292lb). (It is UK system of measuring weights. 14lb in every 1 stone) my next mini goal will be to get…

Thank you for sharing LCSt68, we have a lot in common. I am sorry you had to go through so much. Sadly there are a lot of predators out there and they are very good at hiding it and at choosing victims who are already vulnerable. Fortunately there are also a lot of lovely people out there who help enable a lot of healing…
