well done. I hate blisters so much, I could walk for hours if my feet did not blister so easily. Really hoping less weight will lead to less blisters.

I am happy with my food today, I never really got hungry today which was nice but was quite a busy day so did not really cook , just delved in freezer and cupboard for quick easy but healthy things.

I have suffered binge eating disorder since childhood. In my case it started because my mum also has eating disorder history and over fed me and always gave puddings every day and sugary drinks etc. There was just always lots of food around. Then I got bullied badly in school and I used food as a comforter which lead to…

Amazing progress so far, well done. I hope to follow your example :)

My knee was really painful after using stationary bike in Gym. Physiotherapist said bike would be good for my bad knee but I am not sure i agree, it definitely is not good for my bum. Today I just did 45min gentle walking.

Excellent , lots of motivated people. It really is possible to do it. Some of you will probably lose 100lb in less than 15 months.
-
Welcome to all, I hope this group can help you stay motivated as it does me.

I have mine open because I don't mind anyone browsing it out of curiosity or looking for ideas etc but I agree unsolicited advice might put me off if that became a problem. If someone on my friends list kept offering unsolicited advice or criticism i would probably just delete them from friends list. If someone not on my…

My goal will be to walk 50+ miles in April, considering I am just under 300lb, on sedating medication for bipolar and dislocated my knee last year I think that is as big a challenge as I can set myself.

Well done, that is amazing. Yes just keep going one day at a time and take advantage of all the support here. My fitness pal is great, so many people to get to know, log is really useful and being in groups really helps me. It is really inspiring to see others doing well.

I started at 330lb with at least 155lb to lose, 35 gone so far

That must be frustrating but health comes first, a teaspoon of honey, banana ?

You are all doing really well with resisting temptation, The universe does seem to have a way at throwing more temptations than ever in our path when trying to change habits. It does get easier as time goes on. Workmates and family, even friends do tend to be food pushers. I am grateful to live alone sometimes and am not…

yes I was diagnosed in my early 20's and it was a relief to understand why my body just did not play by normal rules. I am yet again in battle with the bulge and still have well over 100lb to lose.
-
I still have well over 100lb to lose, 295lb at last check starting from 330lb, aiming at 175lb or less

A loss is a loss, always better than a gain. I lost nothing at all in february, well i lost and then gained so it got cancelled out. Any loss is moving forward in right direction.

I have had a good day,on track :)

My food choices are fairly boring, I have 2 whole eggs made into an omelet with baby spinach leaves for breakfast most days. I put a bit of salt, pepper, ground flax seed and turmeric in the mix. Rest of day tends to involve steamed veg, fish, coconut oil, more salad etc. I kind of like it boring, it makes me less likely to…

yes the main spreadsheet does save everything added automatically. Maybe save the link in a document on your computer or bookmark this thread, I think there is a little star symbol on threads that lets you bookmark them. I will also post it as a challenge later.

I think BigChangeNeeded will add you to list when she sees this later
-
yes it is saved on there as well, you must have saved a copy to your computer.

30 min on exercise bike at gym They have this scanner at the gym that I decided to have a go on. It said I am composed of 50.2% fat, 47.3% muscle and 2.5% bone and have the metabolic age of a 49 year old (I am 35 next month) :'( Best keep going with the gym and walking then, also 2.5% bone does not seem very much. They…

My name is Laura, I am almost 35, 5 foot 9 and peaked at 330lb at start of year, disposed of 35lb of that already but a long way to go. I am from England UK. I started a group for morbidly obese people to have daily accountability but like the creator of this group I get sad when I start groups and ends up with just me…

I am 5'9" - 5'10" depending on how straight I stand or time of day I think. I am a big build, UK size 9 feet which is US size 11 I think. My goal is 175lb which is as low as I have ever got in past. I have a lot to lose to get there.
