Absolutely, I want to see every lb lost on my tracker. I would do the same. I have had about 3 different myfitnesspal accounts over the years I think. I would be at 0lb lost for a really really long time to come if it was counting from back when I first joined on old account. My weight has always gone up and down. I yo…

That is not cheaty at all, you put in the work and have lost that weight. You can count from January, considering you have lost 26lb in 3 months you are already well on your way there. It is just for fun , you can use it to just log your monthly losses and track your own targets. If anyone has already lost 98lb within a 15…

Hopefully others will join, it is a big challenge but as all of us here have a lot to lose I think it is very achievable. It works out as well under 2lb a week average. I lost 126lb in 9 months in 2009 eating 1200-1400 cal every day and I was not a gym bunny, I just walked a bit when I could and did some swimming towards…

Maybe because I had file open or it might be a UK or browser thing? I am not that tech savy, I can do spreadsheets, used to do them for a living but never done an online one before. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Ey8vY0zlmyDMzLTQdFUzZYcv56l8xtTQR7Bba31M21A/edit?usp=sharing

Looks good , I can see it but can not input any data as yet when I tested it. I think it might be locked or protected. I had same issue trying to do google sheet for weight loss challenge, I think that one is now open to all to edit but not sure. On the google sheet I finally found an option to share link with an open to…

Well as you asked I have delved in to the unknown territory of google spreadsheets and have had a go at creating one. As I have never used google spreadsheets before I am not sure how well I have succeeded or not. I am not competitive so I am saying people can choose their own start dates and that way include weight they…

I can probably on average make that target contribution, some days I walk more, others I do not walk at all. We need Rob, he does lots of walking.

I have felt a bit munchy today probably because I had to get up earlier but I stayed with my goals.
-
Every little bit counts. Today I did 40 min gentle walking

I went back to ketogenic eating/ very low carb, high fat, moderate protien. I know it is not popular with most but i did a lot of research before starting it 2 years ago and the 3 months I stuck with it then, I did very well on it, then I thought I could handle normal meals out as treats. I was wrong , I fell right back…

Well done, that is a great list of achievements :)

I just need to have groups to check in with, it keeps me motivated to be with others working on similar goals and facing similar challenges.
-
You are all doing brilliantly, some big losses, some impressive consistent losses but most importantly we are still here and still throwing away the burden of unwanted extra weight. Well done all, It is inspiring and very motivating.

Some of us need just do a whole lot better as part of a team. I joined lots of groups on here and I find them crucial to my success. I can achieve seemingly impossible things when I am working on them alongside others also working on similar goals. Experience has taught me I am not someone who does well alone. I have a…

Ask an aspie a question and we will likely give a full and complete answer Hello I am Laura, my mother had anorexia alternating with binge eating and obesity and she also had mental health issues, my father was an abusive alcoholic. So genetically things were never looking good for me. I was a very shy troubled withdrawn…

I have survived easter without a single choc egg of any description. Binge free for 8 days now.

10 years is amazing, I can not even remember a time in my life where eating disorder was not there driving me nuts. Keto is closest thing I get to peace from it.
-
I just can not have chocolate around full stop, I have given myself heart palpitations more than once from eating far too many cocoa nibs or 90% choc or raw choc. I love all chocolate to an unhealthy extent. For me only safe to consume choc of any description in singular portion preferably not at home. If there is some in…

Maybe go for 75lb by end of year.

I walked 65min in to town then walked home again later so 130 min gentle walking total. There was beach hut carnage on UK south coast Hove. Had really strong winds and heavy rain. I walked past around 12 totally destroyed beach huts.

Welcome everyone, great to have you all in group :)
