33lb in 3 months is great. it just slows down as get closer to goal, stick with it and you will be thanking yourself by end of year.

I achieved my mini goal to get under 300lb Today I am 295lb My next mini goal is to get under 21 stone , we measure in stones in uk. 1 Stone is 14 lb. I am 21 stone and 1lb at the moment, so just need to lose 2 lb to achieve next mini goal.

I decided to log my weight today as last week was a really good week, the week before that was really bad but overall I lost 7lb over the two weeks even though that was actually all last week. So start weight 330lb Todays weight 295lb Total lost so far this year with many ups and downs : 35lb

For breakfast I had egg omelet with bit of tofu, avocado, baby spinach, bit of yellow pepper, coconut oil, ground flax seed. My food diary is fairly dull but wide open and does not leave me hungry.

I do not weigh in every week, I was going to do it every 4 weeks but I may change that to every two. I do look at the scales but I only take it seriously on my designated weigh in days. I know i am still losing, have had a good week with food.

I have no children which makes life easier. Only eggs eaten this weekend are from chickens and only sugar from veg. o:)

Impressive will power, very well done. This is how my body reacts to low carb/high fat too, it is only thing that does not leave me starving hungry, I love not being hungry. I know it is not for everyone but certain physiological types thrive on it and I am one of them.

I usually measure in minutes I walk at 2.5 miles per hour pace as knee does not let me go faster.
