Thanks everyone! That is lots of great information. I'm about to begin pre logging in my food. Also, starting tomorrow I will try working out in the evenings to see if that motivates me to eat less in the evening time. Thanks again!

@chimaerandi I'm 5'4 215 pounds. I am overeating. That's the trouble trying to lose 50 pounds. I'm a teacher so I eat well at work, but once I get home after a stressed day, I seem to overeat.

@angelamichelle_xo yes! I carry my weight in my tummy, booty, and thighs for sure. I'm 5'4. I get asked that a lot. I want to get my body back so that I can take full length pictures again instead of just selfies if that makes sense?

I always try to drink as much as I can stand. It helps keep me from overeating. I'm a teacher and I ALWAYS have to call someone to watch my class so I can go pee :smile: lol @Mom2JonandAlex @amandatapar
