I'm not taking any magnesium (or psyllium husk) because I wasn't really sure what the purpose of it was from a health perspective. It happens, don't worry about it. My advice (tho I haven't been doing this long) is to always keep a bag of snacks in your bag. I keep walnuts and bacon in a Baggie in my purse and whenever I'm STARVING when I come home I have beef/chicken broth with 1.5ish tbsp of butter in it. I definitely recommend mea prepping one day…

I didn't go at all for NINE days (everyone told me to take Miralax but I didn't feel bloated or bad so I kept feeding my body good food and let it work itself out) and then three days in a row (and twice in one day). I'm very irregular but unless I feel bad, I let my body do what it wants

Also my food diary is open if looking at it would help! I don't use any zero-cal sweeteners or other types of substitutes - I just went cold turkey. I also don't exercise at all (more than walking to and from class) so my energy expenditure is low. I'd also welcome any new Keto friends for mutual motivation/support :)

I've only been Keto for 5 days, but today I was able to zip my leather boots around my calves without having to hold my calf down with one hand and force the zipper up with another (i.e. Trying to trick my boot)! It's a small victory, but a victory all the same
