Awesome!! I also went from machines to free weights starting at light dumbbells and from there i got the confidence for using the cable machines and eventually started working my way towards the squat racks :)

try changing up the work out routine :) your body easily adapts to constant repetition of the same work outs so maybe try some muscle engaging exercises to boost metabolism or do some HIIT workouts!
