98.5 for me. Finally back in the pool. Taking it easy, just 500m a day at the moment. Not started strength training again yet, going to give it a couple of weeks of swimming first.

So slipped up... 101.9! Ooops. But here for the long run. Had a few hiccups this week which impacted diet and training (meaning I didnt train and I ate cookies). Looking for under 101 next week, wanting 2 swims again.

100kg on the nose for me. Finally feeling up and about as well, which is great. Aiming for 2 swim sessions this week, 1km each and see how the body responds. 100.6 for me. Still pretty happy with that, with not being well. Had my Hashimotos checkup, turns out my thyroid meds are still too low, so we have tweaked those again, fingers crossed we have it right now. So 99.9 for the weigh in, so it was a bit of water weight in there. I will be happy to maintain that this week, so goal is just to stay under the 100kg mark for the week, with a focus on the following week of dropping some more. Slow start back after the holidays!

Yuussssss! 99.7kg. Finally made it under the 100kg. So that is 219 lbs. So next mission is to get under 200lbs. Hoping to do that over the next 12 weeks, game on! Hit my target of 101.5 (223) this week, which was good. Target next week will be to hit the 100.9kgs with a stretch target of 100.5. First mission is sub 100kg, then it will be to get under 200lbs. Onederland here I come :-)

Solid week for me, 103 on the nose (227). Had my first gym session, went really light on legs, still was sore as anything for about 4 days! Two sessions this week, target is 102.5. Big week for me! Finally moved house (hence the late note) and got the net back on. 103.9kg, so pretty much in the same ball park, but hoping for a bit of momentum now the move is done and I can get back into my routine. On another note for anyone doing this, dont feel bad if you have a week, you go up, just be honest with your numbers, I am doing this for the next 9 months, so a lot of time to get it right. I say that because I went up this week, it and was hard to type in the numbers!

103.7 for me, which was smack on last week. Still happy with my progression, my activity levels are higher and I hosted a bbq yesterday at my house that saw a sodium spike. Likely see a quick drop during the week, hoping for a good drop in the next weigh in.
