I missed a few weeks, but I'm coming in! Stalled for a bit around/after the new year at 220, so I remembered how to start off0

Settled in now, found myself my new gym/swimming place. Excited to see how I go over the next few weeks now. 103.5/228 for me for this week, 102.9 is the goal for this coming week.1

Sorry...crazy week and my postings everywhere were delayed! Finally starting to settle down. I had no change for last weigh-in day. Am hopeful for this week...we shall see! I feel like I am finally settled into a food plan that I can live with, doesn't make me feel like the floor of a taxi cab, and will allow me to have some degree of success. I was liking the LCHF plan, but the recurrent headaches were just too much. Started carb cycling this week and so far I feel pretty good Fingers crossed!1

Sorry, some medical stuff came up and I'm having to switch to maintenance for a little until it's done so I think I'll have to drop out since I can't exactly lose weight like this.0

Solid week for me, 103 on the nose (227). Had my first gym session, went really light on legs, still was sore as anything for about 4 days! Two sessions this week, target is 102.5. Looking forward to getting my swimming program started soon as well. Local pool is shut until March, so champing at the bit..1

Starting to kick goals now. 101.9 for me (224). Only the one strength session again, the body is taking a bit more to adjust than I thought, but getting there. Incidental activity throughout the day has pretty well doubled and diet is a lot better with a lot of processed foods dropping off the menu. Given this week was so strong, my goal for next week is 101.5, but I would love to hit a stretch target of 100.9.0

Hit my target of 101.5 (223) this week, which was good. Target next week will be to hit the 100.9kgs with a stretch target of 100.5. First mission is sub 100kg, then it will be to get under 200lbs. Onederland here I come :-)1

100.7kgs! (222lbs)Getting close now. Happy with that, Target for next week is 100.2kg, though I really want to hit a stretch target of 99.7, well anything under 100kg would be good to see.
Managed 2 strength sessions finally, based on how the body responded, it will likely only be two again this coming week, with hopefully 3 a week following that. Diet has been good, a lot more fruits and veges and a lot less bread and fruit juice.

Right on the money again, 100.2 it was (221lbs). So on the steady downward trend now. 99.7 is next weeks goal!
I just realised that is the first 12 weeks done! I will start a new thread for April to June. I am happy with 5kg down, particularly considering that was really achieved over the last 8 weeks. I will set some new goals in the new thread.
