Hi all, I had a weight tracker over Jan - March, doing the same for April-June. Its a 12 month thing, broken up into bite size chunks, Feel free to join me!

I am starting at 100.2kg/221lbs, goal is 89.9/198lbs for this period. Post up weekly on Sundays about how you went and any wins/challenges as you please.

Trying to add mine! Can you not edit on mobile? And side note the dates (on my end) is incorrect. May still shows April dates for example! I'll try to add myself on a computer later!2

Yuussssss! 99.7kg. Finally made it under the 100kg. So that is 219 lbs. So next mission is to get under 200lbs. Hoping to do that over the next 12 weeks, game on!
Was a good week, got 2 strength sessions in plus one swim, goal next week is to make 3 strength and 2 swims, which is pretty well the standard I want to hit each week. Diet slipped a little with some processed junk sneaking in, so I need to keep an eye on that and make sure I pack lunches the night before for myself.1 -

Sorry for no love, I have been on holidays for two weeks...so this should be interesting! Last recorded weight was 100.2, weight today is 101.5, but a couple of days before the official weigh in.
Last week before holidays was good, I got in 3 strength sessions and 2 swims, which was at the threshold of what I can handle and I was pretty fatigued by weeks ends. But I should be able to maintain that and it should get easier from here out. 101.5 isnt too bad, I am expecting at least 1-1.5kg of that is fluid due to increased sodium, with actual weight gain being pretty minimal.

So 99.9 for the weigh in, so it was a bit of water weight in there. I will be happy to maintain that this week, so goal is just to stay under the 100kg mark for the week, with a focus on the following week of dropping some more. Slow start back after the holidays!0
