Don't eat less, that's already the recommended minimum that you can still get all your daily nutrients, if you eat a balanced diet and if not you maybe lacking vital nutrients.

All the excercise you do sounds like you need more food, lean protein, veggies, fruit. even though you say you don't do a lot it sounds like a lot and 1200 calories is a lean intake and your body maybe holding on because it may view this as a starvation mode.
