Sounds like your already at a healthy weight, what is your goal?

Always been close to my mom, had some bumps in the road when I was a teen but we got through it she's a sweet and loving lady. So sad all these other broken relationships, but I understand somewhat since I never had a relationship with my dad and he never really tried. All we can do is love and care for those who love us…

And no matter how many times you've tried if this is your goal to eat healthy, lose or gain weight don't give up keep trying until you find what works for you. Stop counting how many times you've tried and just push forward, if I counted how many times I've tried I would've quit by now also, but you can do this.

smiley:) :) <3 Huggs, please work on your self love no matter where you are in the process. My body seems to be struggling the older I get with letting go of the pounds even when I'm sticking to the plan, but I refuse to hate my body it serves me well every day I get up. I may not be in shape or the best shape of my life…

Thank you for sharing and admitting to this, glad for your success I've struggled with binge eating as an adult for multiple emotional reasons which led to me being over weight by 77 lbs at times it was at least 100 lbs but I've lost lbs off and own and still struggling to get the 77 lbs off without relying on food for…

I lost 60 about 7 years ago and put it all back on due to life stress And now I'm extra binge eating being my mother's caregiver I'll binge eat and not even like the food, ugh! I lost 13 lbs but I'm at a plateau because of the bingeing and stress has me unmotivated. I feel your pain no real advice as to getting it back…

Quit the gym today for home and outdoor workouts, only went a hand full of times since I joined, so I've been wasting money the last year thinking I would get more into it, but the only thing there I used was the treadmill then I'd leave.I have a spin bike, weights, rope, bands, DVDs, stepper at home I think I'm covered…

It's not always calorie in calorie out when you have a medical condition or conditions or medications that completely make your weight loss stop and or gain weight. Start with your doctor and or specialist doctor then the nutrition professionals. Good luck.

To each his or her own and I'm diabetic also but some of these substitutions are just gross to me, and I've tried to many to name. And not every diabetic can control their diabetes and eat pasta, I can occasionally. But I agree with sezxystef if you can eat the regular pasta an sugar in your coffee or burger buns for that…

WW coaches aren't physical fitness coaches, I like the idea of finding one at a gym and near you who is certified and professional and knows what their doing. Do your research and interview them well so you get what you're looking for.

I chew sugar free gum any time I feel like needlessly eating or snacking and drink extra water it usually does the trick. I like the take a nap ideal but that won't work in my house

You can exercise without the gym, videos, DVDs, jump rope, jumping jacks etc you get the point. Then focus on reducing your food intake to drop the pounds.

I know this is an old challenge but I'm going to start it looks doable for me, thanks☺

Treated as a diet and temporary working out, so once I lost 60 lbs I put it back because I totally stopped exercing (majority walked outdoors or on the treadmill a lot and hand weights) and counting for the food I eat by tracking here or on another site, the gain is horrible because now I find it so much harder to get back…

By the way 150 lbs is not big for someone your height, same height and age range as my daughter with that weight she has more butt and boobs and when she drops on the lower end all of that starts to dissapear, which she doesn't like. It's about your body preference, comfort and of course health. Best of care and luck.

I'm not losing weight to get into my bmi range because at 5'7 I feel.being at least 10 lbs above bmi charts I feel better and I like.to.keep a little thickness to my body. But if you feel.better slimmer and staying within a healthy range I don't see the problem unless it causes you a health problem. Sorry I've met some…

Sounds like you're going in the right direction for your weight loss, but I would make sure you put all your exercise into MyFitnessPal if you're not already doing that ,to make sure you're getting enough calories for your intense workouts. Congratulations on your loss and dedication keep up the great work.
