Went over by 120 burned it at the gym but still need to rein myself in a bit

Spent an hour on the treadmill after a long day of walking around the mall

I went a bit over today if I don't count my exercise but a bit under if you do. I was in a bit of an indulgent mood so I chose to go over and exercise a bit more to make up the difference.

I've been out of work for the past 6 weeks and today I went back. My uniform is now loose. My work pants are so big on me they fall right off I have to wear a belt and order new ones.

First day back at work. It's so much easier to pace my meals at work but so much harder to make healthy choices. Managed to stay under today.

Starting weight: 368 Last week: 337 Current weight: 327 Total loss 40 lbs. I knew I was bloated last week. :) 10 more lbs and I'm a quarter of the way to my goal.

Brisk walk. Two miles in about 40 min. I'm trying to work up my speed and incorporate jogging at some point. Right now I'm just happy my cough settled down enough for a walk.

I went camping and they had a few hiking trails. I did one one day and was actually kind of happy with how i did. I knew there was another girl that was more difficult in a lot longer and at first I was nervous I wouldn't be able to do it. I decided to try anyway and I Pace myself and I made it to the end. 3 Mile moderate…

I went for a mile and a half walk and 1/2 mile moderate walking hike Wednesday Thursday I did a 3 mile moderate strenuous hike. Today a short walk with the dog to make sure my legs don't get stiff Time for a nap haha

I went camping so I allowed myself to go up to 2000 calories a day. I kept to it but added in my exercise and I showed right on 1500 for one day and under 1600 another haha. I usually don't add in my workouts or hikes in this case but it made me feel better about going to 2000 calories
