greek yogurt, cabbage, roasted veggies, grilled chicken, protein shakes w/ unsweetened coconut milk, quest bars, plain oatmeal with banana & peanut butter...I have to choose very filling things or I don't stop eating. :)

I work a "slow southern swing" seven daylight shifts, one off, seven evenings, two off, seven midnights, four off. Been doing it off and on (mostly on) for 16 years. :-)

I think it's easier to stay full by eating things other than highly processed/low fiber carbs but I occasionally have absolutely any/everything as a treat. Try cutting back for a couple days - make note of how that feels, then try a couple days working it in, see what works best for you. :-)

Count me in the group of Charge HR lovers! I wish the new Alta offered a heart rate monitor, it's so sleek & stylish! But no, not enough features for me, instead I look forward to the day when I can justify upgrading to a big clunky Blaze! :smile:

I've had mine a couple weeks and I LOVE it. I do kinda wish I had known about the Blaze, because I probably would have got it instead but I will enjoy this one until I decide to splurge.
