Just to let u all know my dry eyes seem to have calmed down and nothing like what i was experiencing i think it was due to being dehydrated, thanks guys for all ur help xxx

thanks for the reply, yeah its a plumbing problem lol and according to mfp im only getting 12g of fibre a day so thought i should sort it with fybrogel which ia a high fibre drink (not a laxative) but i rekon ur probs right i shall try get more greens in me xxx

I dont think so i mean i had hayfever earlier on in the year before i started this but it didnt give me dry eyes xxx

I hope so, i really think i can stick to this woe and so far it seems to be working for me so i really dont want to give it up!! Xxx

Not really the only change is cutting down the carbs i do sometimes suffer from dry eyes in the winter but its just odd its happening now if u know what i mean x
