Get key lime chobani 100 and put 1/4 of a cup of Kind granola in it. It tastes like key lime pie and it's very high in protein. Or I use Elli Quark yogurt instead of chobani :). Yogurt always satisfies my sweet tooth and with the granola it keeps me full for hours.

Make sure you are using training shoes and not regular running shoes when you're training. Those shoes will set you in your heels instead of putting pressure on your toes.

Ok I’m also having this problem. I do cardio 3/4 times a week and lift 3. I had not exercised in years. I’ve actually gained 2 pounds. I’m eating at a deficit...but how much muscle can a “noob” gain in a month? I can see obvious muscle gains in my thighs and butt (it was a pancake before) so I’m hoping it’s just muscle…

I take cellucor c4 pre workout and love it! I have soooo much energy. I have health conditions that give me really bad fatigue so I have to take it to have a good workout. I highly recommend it.

Don't eat while exercising. Take before 50 minutes after exercising. This helps with muscle repair.

get compression socks. they keep them from bulging during exercise and it helps a lot!

I'm 5'3 and I was 168, and now I'm down to 136. I have gotten down to 124 in the past, and that was with a high fiber diet. Lean protein, high fiber (lots of salad and veggies), fruits, and HEALTHY fats. Do not go above 1200 calories per day. At 5'3 if you're sedentary you burn a net of around 1450 calories at my weight.…

By hidden ingredients I mean like special K protein bars have peanut ingredients without being peanut flavored. I do read every label and don't eat things that may contain peanuts. Thanks for the help!!

Yes I had my gallbladder removed at 17. I haven’t had issues since then, other than a case of IBS. I will return to the doctor and see if they want to do further tests. They have done a full blood panel as well as stool samples. I had an endoscopy done about a year ago, and nothing was wrong then. Thanks for the advice! I…

I've been to my primary care dr as well as a gi. The gi thinks my stomach has too much bile and has done nothing since then.
