Down 40 lbs. 78 lbs to go.

112.4 to go. Been stuck, scale is messing with my mind. But as I said in my last post, the pants are getting WAY to big to wear. Time to breakdown an get something new. I may not be losing pounds, but I am losing inches. I have my steps set at 10,000 and I feel guilty if I don't get all of my steps in even if if just a few…

Not sure if my steps are logging in correct challenge. So here they are. 9472

Logged in. Will add my steps and see what happens.

Got dressed for work this A.M. and had to get redressed. My pants were falling off. 25 lbs makes a difference. Thank goodness most of my pants have a drawstring.

8ish. .22. Shooting gophers in ND. Got marksman in Air Force. They tried to say I cheated and had the ditz next to me shoot my target. Pretty sure she didn't get a shot off while she was crying.

That an average of 8000 a day. I have my fit band set for 7000 right now, but have been going over most days. Just hope my knee can handle the pressure. Ice and meds here I come!

Having same problem. New to MFP so I'm still learning.

Did great today. Over 9200 steps and the days not quit over. Logged all my food. BUT then I came home to homemade ham and bean soup and ham and split pea soup. My daughter cooks like crazy and then says you can't that it not on your diet.

I walked my tussy off today. Logged all my foods. Until I got home and found the home made ham and bean soup my daughter made with the left over Easter ham. Pretty sure it used up my last calories I had left.

Hi, 54 and have 113 lbs to go. I'm new to to MFP. Having problems getting info into my diet plan. Might need to get my 10 yr old granddaughter to help me. Why is it that they can pick up a new piece of electronics and already be able to program it? Don't laugh but my VCR is blinking 12:00. OK that was a joke, but not too…

Hi, 54 yr old, that's new to all this techy stuff. Just got the Garnin VIVOSmart a week ago and it's been a blast to see what my daily activity really is. WOW. I've lost 23 lbs so far, but still have 120 to go. Looking for someone in my area (Ephrata PA) to walk with. I'm just a beginner walker.
