I completely understand. It is hard to get the right mindset. I started off just changing a couple things at a time. I'm to the point where I eat healthy now but I still indulge every now and again because moderation is so important. It's better to not deprive yourself because that's when everything starts to fall apart.…

Thank you! That's very true! I will definitely look into popcorn. That may do the trick!

I have tried other snacks I I'm not satisfied so I eat more. I drink a gallon of a water a day already which I figure should help but isn't. I need to get some gum though. That may help. Thank you!

I am not currently gaining weight but I'm not losing either. I believe I'm balancing that out with the muscle gain. I've thought about possibly needing the extra calories but I also think it's all in my head. I just need to stop eating so much in such a small amount of time. It just makes my body feel terrible in the…

Hello everyone! My name is Katie and I live in northern Michigan. I've always been a pretty active person, mostly from dance for almost 15 years but that came to an end a couple years ago and I have noticed in the last year I have gained an extra 10 pounds. I had started working a desk job and I'm pretty sure that and lack…

Not selling any products. I lead a healthy lifestyle and was answering her question. I no way intended to make that sound like a sales pitch. I was just being brutally honest about what I use.

Thank you!! Just stay focused and motivated! ☺️

Feel free to add me! Motivation is key!

I can eat up to 1700 calories a day when working out with the 500 calorie deficit. I aim to burn 500 a day working out.

Not a sales pitch, just an honest answer about what supplements I take and what's worked for me.

Definitely was not a sales pitch. I'm just being honest about what I take and what's worked best for me. Definitely not a sales pitch. I was just explaining what's worked for me. The 1200 calorie intake is completely fine and ok for me but is absolutely not for everyone. It depends on what your goals and body type. I've…

Thanks girl!! That's so sweet of you ☺️

Hi! I would definitely still monitor your macros. They go hand in hand with your calorie intake. Making sure you are hitting your macros ensures that you are getting the right kinds of calories that your body needs. Stay dedicated and motivated and it will pay off. Keep up the hard work! ☺️

Hi Samantha! Currently I'm taking FitMiss Burn. It's the best fat burning supplement I've ever taken. It doesn't give me jitters at all. It helps me focus and gives me that extra boost in the morning. I'd check it out if your interested. I don't follow an exact plan but I do stick with a limit of 1200 calories a day to…
