Let me add...a really good tip. Treat the calories as a game. That keeps me going. I do put in everything and I do go over some and stay under mostly. But My goal is to hit those numbers like protein and stay below on like Sugars and carbs. It's a fun way to look at it.

This week's goals. 1. Complete both NEW water classes. My gym has changed them up. So one day is Hydro Strength and the other is Hydro Fit. One down, another to go. 2. Treadmill Wednesday and Friday and hit the gym Sunday. 3. Remember my dang water bottle.....

My goals this week...hmm.. Continue to consume less calories on days that I cannot work out. I can not get to the gym today or Saturday (dog show). Watch what I eat this weekend at said dog show Make sure to log on Saturday (I tend to get lazy on those days...sigh)

Currently, I am 330. I am 5'8 and trying to get down to a better size. I am eating between 1500 and 1700 a day. MFP says I need 1900 a day to keep losing 2 lbs per week.

Update: I am up to a 45 second jog! I met my goal for my doctor's appointment and she was so thrilled!

My goals this week: Doctor's appointment Thursday: I want to be down 17 lbs from my last appointment. A couple of NSVs for me. I jogged for 20 seconds on the treadmill! My water aerobics classes don't bother me as bad and I am recovering faster! Way to go everyone!

I enjoy mine. I like competing with my friends and seeing my sleep information. I do tend to move more with it on than with it off because I am more AWARE that I am not moving. I have the flex and want to upgrade later.
