  • @deepwoodslady I've tried to reply to you 2 times, but this stupid app keeps not posting my comment and deleting it. Unless you are eating a huge meal at 2am, i don't see why that would effect your weight. A light snack shouldn't have a huge effect.   • I make a big pot of soup on Sunday/Monday, and eat it for dinner everyday. It cuts down on cooking time, and soups are generally pretty low calorie. Plus I hate cooking, so I don't have to cook more than once a week. Then I can also try a different soup every week so it's not too similar... It's been going pretty well!
  • It could be that you are gaining muscle right now so your not losing weight. You can maintain the same weight, but by gaining muscle/losing fat look a ton better.   • 5'4" my goal is 120 but honestly I'll be happy if I can get down to 125. I started out trying to lose 2lb a week but I've concluded its too hard for me and I end up binging. Now I'm just aiming for 1/2 a pound a week, and I try to keep it in the green. Hopefully I'll lose more than half a pound a week!
