  • Drugs super scare me but if you're using it as a temporary tool to Jumpstart your weight loss I hope you get the results you're looking for. Just get off it as soon as you are comfortable it is definitely not a longterm plan. Good luck!
  • Lose slowly while building muscle. Lift heavy weights doing core exercises (the tummy area is usually the trickiest) obviously do this safely don't overdo it
  • I feel like as long as you are not underweight enough to stop your menstrual cycle or mess with your hormone levels you should be fine... check with your doctor to be sure!
  • Congratulations on your beautiful baby! Moving with your kinect is a great way to get started :smiley: I am right there with you trying to lose weight from my pregnancy last year! We can do this <3
  • I hear ya I was down to only 35 lbs to lose and I gained 10 back. Now starting over with 45 lbs to lose...again. very frustrating but I'm hoping by summer I can be at my goal weight (at least by some point in the summer )!
